Adult wrestling practices are currently being held on Friday nights at Wheat Ridge High School. Tuesday night practices at Denver South High School start November 17th.
About Denver Wrestling Club
Denver Wrestling Club is a friendly and diverse community of wrestlers who meet on the mat during season to learn and practice the sport we all love. We are an amateur adult wrestling club staffed by experienced volunteer coaches. Our mission is to promote community health and wellness by helping you learn and improve your wrestling skills and fitness in a welcoming environment. Most importantly, we are a community where you can have fun and meet new friends. Adult wrestlers of all skill levels are welcome to join us, including those stepping onto a wrestling mat for the first time. We are Colorado's original USAW chartered, adults-only amateur wrestling club. Denver Wrestling Club is a Colorado nonprofit organization.

Our 2026-2027 adult wrestling season begins September 25, 2026 with weekly Friday night practices at Wheat Ridge High School. A 2nd weekly practice will be offered on Tuesday nights at Denver South High School beginning November 17, 2026. Our club meetups consist of group warmups, technique training and drilling with our coaches (full group, small group, and one and one), live wrestling, wrestling games, and plenty of open mat time. If you have questions about membership, volunteer coaching opportunities, or how you can help support DWC this season, please contact us. Our club is for adults only.
